Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern your use of our website and services.
Last updated: 28 July 2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kalahari Holdings Group website and the travel, accommodation, car rental, shuttle, conferencing and related services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. About Us
Kalahari Holdings Group is a 100% black-owned South African travel and hospitality management company, accredited by ASATA, SAACI, SATSA and IATA/Amadeus, offering air travel, accommodation, car rental, shuttle & chauffeur, conference and related travel support services to corporate, government and private clients.
3. Use of Our Website
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our enquiry form or otherwise contacting us.
- You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or using automated tools to scrape content.
- All content on this website is provided for general information purposes and may be updated or amended at any time without notice.
4. Enquiries and Quotations
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is only confirmed once we have issued written confirmation and, where applicable, received the required payment. Quotations are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed.
5. Bookings, Payment and Cancellations
Bookings arranged through us are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant third-party supplier (airline, hotel, car rental company, venue, or other service provider) in addition to these Terms. Payment terms, cancellation policies, and amendment fees will be communicated to you at the time of booking and may vary by supplier. We act as an agent or intermediary in arranging services provided by third-party suppliers and are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, or failures of those suppliers.
6. Travel Documentation
You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, permits) required for your journey. We can assist with visa application support as part of our services, but final responsibility for compliance with entry and travel requirements rests with the traveller.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalahari Holdings Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services, including loss arising from third-party supplier failures, flight delays or cancellations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Kalahari Holdings Group and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and POPIA Compliance Notice.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website or services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
